As there is nothing more Valencian than having a traditional mid-morning lunch, we wanted to pay tribute to this culinary tradition by taking advantage of calçots season.
The lunch includes a sandwich to choose from three options: pancetta and onion, anchovies and tomato, or omelette with cooked ham, 2 calçots with romesco sauce, and coffee.
Paired with our wines Paquita Mut (dry white) and Tallaruques (red).
The price is €29 per person.
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
